Snow Globe is a six-night, immersive art experience that’s part playground, part performance, and part living art installation.
This year, you don’t just see the art. You become part of it.
All Ages • Indoors • ADA Accessible
WHO: Kids, parents, grandparents, friends and neighbors. All ages and all creative abilities, everyone is welcome.
INDOORS: Warm, indoor winter fun. No cold breeze, no ice and only fake snow!
ACCESSIBILITY: Fully ADA accessible. Reserved parking in our 15th Street alley lot for guests with accessibility needs. Our ADA-accessible elevator is located in the alley, and our staff will be happy to assist you with entry.
WHERE: TRICA's historic North End building. 1406 W Eastman St. Boise, Idaho
TICKETS: Timed entry every 30 minutes between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM helps control crowd size and minimizes waiting outside. The event wraps up and doors close at 7:00 PM. Adults: $20. Students: $15. Children 2 and under: FREE
HOW LONG: Expect to spend about an hour inside.
IS IT A SHOW? No. You explore at your own pace, encounter performances, and participate as much or as little as you'd like.
DRINKS? Yes! Lost Grove will be joining us at the bar, serving beer and wine for the grown-ups. Looking for something cozy? We'll also have delicious hot cocoa available for purchase. Something festive for everyone to sip on!

2026 Snow Globe: The Season of Engagement
This year, Snow Globe is about engaging with the people you came with, the art around you, the materials in your hands, and the incredible historic building you're standing inside.
Our installations begin the experience, but you help shape what they become. Over six nights, Snow Globe will grow and change as thousands of hands add to it.
At Snow Globe, participation is encouraged. Please touch the art. Make. Move. Build. Stack. Wrap. Draw. Dance. Toss some confetti. This is art you get to be part of.

What ages is Snow Globe for?
ALL ages and everyone! Snow Globe is a warm, indoor winter experience designed for everyone—from babies in arms to grandparents. Strollers and wheelchairs can access the building using the elevator located off the 15th Street alley.
Why is there a timed ticket entry?
We limit the number of guests admitted every 30 minutes to preserve the intimate atmosphere of the experience and keep you from spending unnecessary time waiting outside in the cold. Plan to spend about 60 minutes exploring Snow Globe.
What happens if I’m late?
It happens—no problem! Just bring your tickets, and our entry staff will get you in.
Is Snow Globe ADA accessible?
Yes! We reserve parking in our 15th Street alley lot for guests with accessibility needs. Our ADA-accessible elevator is located in the alley, and our staff will be happy to assist you with entry.
Where can I park in the North End?
There is plenty of street parking on the blocks surrounding TRICA. However, we encourage carpooling, ridesharing, or using Uber, especially since drinks will be available for purchase!
What if I need to cancel or change my tickets?
Need to cancel? No problem. You can get a full refund up to one day prior to your ticketed event. Just follow the instructions included in your emailed receipt. Need to change your day/time? Just reach out to us!
Are there bathrooms?
Yes! Bathrooms are located on the main floor.
Is there food available?
Light snacks are available in the Snow Globe gift shop. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants just a block away in Hyde Park!
Can I rent out the entire Snow Globe experience for a private party?
Yes! We love hosting private events. For rental inquiries, contact events@trica.org to start planning your celebration.
Do you offer field trips for student groups?
Absolutely! Bring your students for a 75-minute Snow Globe experience featuring a hands-on art project, an energetic dance class, and time to explore Snow Globe. Contact info@trica.org to book your field trip.
